Learning objectives

At the end of the session teachers will be able to:

• Use a range of activities to describe the characteristics of robots and why they are used.
• Explain the learning benefits of using robots
• List the ways in which robots can be controlled and why this is important
• Evaluate a range of robots suitable for a younger age range
• Use at least 3 robots (including installing relevant apps where appropriate)
• Design and implement some classroom activities using robots
